Elite Finish Detailing is a mobile car detailing service owned and operated by Nixon Thelen and Blake Schmidt, serving the greater Omaha, Nebraska metro area. This privacy policy explains what information we collect when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What information we collect

When you fill out the booking form on elitefinishomaha.com, we collect:

• Your full name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• The vehicle type and service you'd like
• Your preferred date and time
• The service address (where we should meet you)
• Any notes you choose to include about your vehicle

We do not collect payment information through this website. All payments are handled in cash on completion of the detail, on-site.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide for one purpose: to confirm and fulfill your car detailing appointment. Specifically, we will:

• Text or call you to confirm the appointment date and time
• Use your address to drive to the correct location
• Follow up with you after the service to confirm you're happy with the work
• Contact you about future service if you've opted in or are a returning customer

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We will not add you to a mailing list without your explicit permission.

How your data reaches us

Our booking form is handled by Formspree, a third-party form-submission service. When you submit the form, your information is transmitted from our website directly to Formspree's servers, which then email us the submission. Formspree has its own privacy policy, which you can review at the link above.

Our website is hosted on GitHub Pages, which serves the site but does not process form submissions. GitHub's standard server logs may record your IP address and browser for basic traffic monitoring and security purposes.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking pixels. We don't track you across other websites. The only cookies that may be set are ones from GitHub Pages' content-delivery infrastructure, which are necessary for the site to load correctly.

How long we keep your data

We keep your booking form submissions in our email for as long as needed to provide and follow up on the service — typically no longer than 12 months. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing bookings@elitefinishomaha.com.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Ask us to correct information that's wrong
• Ask us to delete your information
• Opt out of any future communications

Children
